The largest backwards race consisted of 571 participants and was achieved by Goodgame Studios (Germany), in Hamburg, Germany, on 29 July 2016. All participants completed a course of 133 meters, the first one crossed the finish line at 0.23 minutes, the last one at 2.29 minutes.
This record was broken on 28 May 2017 by Sipwise Beverages (India) in Mumbai, India.
